Faculty of Management Office of the Dean TRIBHUVAN UNIVERSITY announces Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) for the admission in several bachelor program. CMAT is a central examination held by TU in following programmes.

1. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) 
2. Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) 
3. Bachelor of Information Management (BIM)
4. Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) 
5. Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)
6. Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) 
7. Bachelor of Business Administration Finance (BBA - F) 
8. Bachelor of Mountaineering Studies (BMS) 

Syllabus of CMAT

The examination is conducted in two part written and interview.

Written examination will be of 100 full marks. It contains 4 groups each weighing 25%. The candidates must score 40% in total to be eligible to pass. The shortlisted candidates will be called for and interview.

Criteria for candidates to take part in CMAT 

Minimum D+ grade in each subject of grade 11 and 12 with CGPA 1.8 or more 
Or 
Minimum score of second division marks in 10+2, PCL or Equivalent in any discipline. 
Or 
Students who are waiting for grade 11 and grade 12 results can also apply. However, they have to submit passed certificate of grade 11 and 12 at the time of admission.

CMAT examination details

CMAT Application Form will be distributed from August 03 to September 02, 2022 (Shrawan 18 - Bhadra 17, 2079). Date of Admission Test (to all programmes) is on September

10, 2022 (Bhadra 25, 2079) , Saturday. The Time of test is 8:00 AM. Test Center and other details is notified by the FoM to the respective campuses

How to submit CMAT form?

1.  The Details of Admission procedures, criteria and selection process is available at FoM website www.fomecd.edu.np and www.tudoms.org

2.  Link of Online Application (CMAT) form is available at the FoM website www. fomecd.edu.np or www.tudoms.org

3.  Online CMAT Application form is to be submitted in any campus offering respective programmes by paying Rs 1,000 (Rs one thousand only).
