Job Description
RIMC is seeking a qualified and experienced Office Manager to support the RIMC head office. The roles and responsibilities of the position are as follows but not limited to:
Job Description
Assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, phone calls, etc.)
Managing calendars for meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
Make travel arrangements.
Source office supplies.
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs of meetings.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
